Whether it’s an article I found on vaccines or a game plan for ensuring you meet your hydration goals, I gotcha! Pregnancy, birth and postpartum are not at all easy, so look to me to help you stay grounded during this time.

In order for you to be at your best during this entire experience, you have to believe that you are. I will be “watering you” or giving you encouragement throughout this time. If you need a sound bath session to calm your anxiety or a quick affirmation, look no further. You were made for this; I’m simply here help bring the confidence and magic out of you!
